This item is brand new and was opened only to verify the internal components and overall condition. It should work to Microsoft’s specifications. The joysticks are in good condition, though the rubber shows light but noticeable wear and has some marks. The controller body is in good condition with minor but noticeable scuffs, scratches, and wear. The buttons are in poor condition with noticeable wear, and one or more symbols may be worn down and illegible. The port is in good condition with minimal wear from use. Functionality condition:

The controller powers on and off properly and connects to the system via Bluetooth without issue. All buttons function as they should, though a few feel slightly sticky. The joystick works great, and the controller has been tested and is fully functional.
